RETURNS

I do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, if you are unhappy with your item, please contact me with questions at info@everlyhomecollection.com. You can also contact me at that email address prior to ordering if you would like any more details or photos on a specific item. Please include the item URL link in your email so I can locate the correct information for you.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you believe you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CANCELLATIONS

I do not accept cancellations.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

Current processing times are 5-7 business days. Please message me if you have an urgent purchase request, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

PACKAGING

Orders are packaged using recycled and repurposed shipping supplies, while doing our best to protect your order from damage in transit to you. You may receive a box that has advertising or logos on the outside other than my shop. This helps us lower both costs to you and impact on the environment.

LOCAL PICKUP

Free local pickup is available in the Columbus area. We will make arrangements for pickup via email.

USA SHIPPING

All domestic shipping orders are sent within 5-7 business days. Anything over 1 pound will typically go either USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground with tracking. If you would like to have your purchase sent to you Express or Overnight, please contact us for rates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently we ship only in the USA via USPS First Class, Priority and Express, and UPS.

We are not responsible for customs fees and import taxes imposed by the country of residence. Falsifying customs declaration forms in order to help a buyer avoid these taxes and fees is against the law. Please do not ask us to violate the law.
