Shipping policy

I will automatically add shipping insurance (and pass along those costs) to all items over $100 to protect both of us in case of damage during transit. On the rare occasion an item does break during transit, please message me right away and I will ask for specific pictures necessary for me to submit a claim. Please keep all shipping materials and the item itself until we have finalized the claim in order to be eligible for a refund. 

My current shipping turnaround time is 2 weeks or less. I work hard to offer you the lowest rates available for shipping, however, my priority is to get your items to you safely, so I will always choose the safest shipping based upon the item(s) purchased. Please ensure you are prepared to pay the shipping costs on items prior to making a claim, especially ones that are large and heavy.
