An 1863 herbarium sheet featuring Artemisia specimens collected from Mt. St. Gotthard and Valais, Switzerland. Each specimen retains its original 19th-century handwritten script, preserved behind conservation-grade glass.
Housed in a made-to-order burled wood frame with a soft gilt inner edge, it was chosen to complement the aged botanical tones and delicate paper texture. Wired for hanging.
