An extraordinary 19th-century silverplate butter dish by Reed & Barton, complete with its original pierced insert and figural cow finial. Etched geometric borders and tiny soldier figures at the base embody Victorian whimsy and Egyptian Revival detail.
Measures 6.5" tall x 7" wide and holds 17 oz of wax.
